Čertova stěna (Devil’s Wall) form - along with Mt. Luč - a national nature reserve. It is a rocky outcrop located above the canyon of the River Vltava. The wall consists of a broken mass of rock which today takes the form of a “sea of stones”. The viewing point is accessible for hikers and is located between Loučovice and Vyšší Brod - it is possible to access only by foot when going from the car park located directly along the main road. It is not more than 500 meters to go. The peak formation is called Ďáblova kazatelna (Devil’s Pulpit) and offers a fascinating look into the valley, particularly at the sunset.
